1. Introduction

Welcome to the 360 Next-Gen App, a Multi-Sport Digital Platform operated by Mets Trading (Pty) Ltd t/a 360 Next-Gen ("we", "us", "our").

The platform provides a unified sports ecosystem where verified users can upload, manage, and distribute sports content.

By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Platform overview

The platform is a multi-sport digital media and broadcasting ecosystem that enables:

verified players, clubs, schools, unions, and sports teams to upload, manage, and distribute sports-related content;
including live matches, highlights, training, and behind-the-scenes media.

We also provide a turnkey 360 Next-Gen broadcasting service, where our production team may facilitate:

live event coverage;
multi-camera or single-camera production;
content editing and distribution;
streaming through the platform and associated digital channels.

3. User accounts & verification

Users must be verified as:

athletes, teams, clubs, schools, unions, approved content creators or partners.

We reserve the right to approve, suspend, or remove any account to maintain platform integrity. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

4. Content ownership & usage rights

4.1 User & partner content ownership

All users and partners retain ownership of their original content.

4.2 360 distribution licence

By uploading content to the platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to:

host, store, and display content on the platform;
edit content for formatting, optimisation, or distribution purposes;
distribute content across digital channels and social media platforms;
use content for promotional, marketing, and sponsorship purposes.

This includes:

match footage;
live broadcasts;
highlights;
training and behind-the-scenes content;
interviews and player media.

4.3 Platform distribution channels

Content may be distributed across:

the App, official social media channels, partner media platforms, and marketing campaigns;
including but not limited to YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.

5. Content rules & compliance

Users may not upload content that:

infringes intellectual property rights;
violates privacy rights or consent requirements;
breaches venue, event, or access restrictions;
contains unlawful, harmful, or misleading material.

Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to record and upload all submitted content.

6. Turnkey 360 Next-Gen broadcasting service

We may provide a turnkey sports production service, which includes:

event coverage planning;
filming and live production;
editing and highlight creation;
streaming via the platform;
distribution across digital channels.

This service may be provided directly by us, or in collaboration with approved partners.

All broadcasting services are subject to separate agreements where applicable.

7. Monetisation

The platform may introduce:

advertising;
sponsorship placements;
subscription models;
premium content access;
pay-per-view or event-based streaming.

Revenue-sharing terms will be governed by separate agreements where applicable.

8. Limitation of liability

We are not responsible for:

event cancellations or scheduling changes;
user-generated content accuracy;
technical failures or interruptions;
loss of data or revenue.

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

terms are violated;
misuse of content or the platform occurs;
fraudulent or harmful activity is detected.

10. Updates to terms

We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
